Winner of the IEEE-RAS Outstanding WiRA Early Career Contribution Award at ICRA 2026!

I am so honoured to have been named as Winner of the IEEE-RAS Outstanding WiRA Early Career Contribution Award at ICRA 2026, for our paper “Automated Coral Spawn Monitoring for Reef Restoration: The Coral Spawn and Larvae Imaging Camera System (CSLICS)”!

The Outstanding Women in Robotics & Automation (WiRA) Paper Awards recognise and promote the impact of female researchers in robotics and automation at different stages of their careers.

As part of this, my work was presented in a 3 minute pitch at the IEEE-RAS Women in Robotics and Automation Luncheon.

You can see a recording of my pitch here:

Thanks so much to Melanie Wille for representing me on the day at ICRA - for presenting my pitch and accepting this award on my behalf!
